FAQs

Q1: How about your policy on free sample?

A1: We are happy to provide you free samples up to the value of 50 USD at one time. However, customers usually need to pay the delivery fees or arrange the delivery by themselves. In some cases where transportation costs were insignificant, we did offer free delivery, so that our customers got their samples without incurring any expenses.

Q2: How long will you take to fulfill an order?

A2: Production time varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the product. As an example, 10,000 FKM o-rings (say, size of 100*5) usually take one week to finish. It is worth noting that we have extensive investment in mould tools and wide range of products in stock, which can expedite the process significantly.

Q3: How about the terms of payment?

A3: Our usual policy is 30% payment in advance and the clearance of the balance against delivery. However, we do at times provide flexibility to our clients.

Q4: How about the delivery of goods?

A4: We have a number of reliable couriers, supporting a variety of delivery options including the FOB, the CIF and even door to door. We ordinarily provide advice to our clients on the optimal option of delivery. Typically we will consider the following factors in assessing delivery methods: fees, time, clearance process, reliability, etc.
